| Non-smoking Policy: |
The entire fleet of Philadelphia Limousine Services is strictly non-smoking vehicles. If during a charter the client chooses to smoke, our chauffeurs are instructed to, and will locate a safe area where the client(s) can exit from the vehicle and smoke outside of the vehicle.

| Vehicle Substitution: |
Philadelphia Limousine Services reserves the right to substitute any vehicle with another vehicle of the same or larger size.

| Reservations: |
All reservations are based on availability. Reservations can be made for ground transportation either by telephone with a reservation agent or by faxing a completed reservation request forms to the corporate reservation department. And also you may visit our Web side to make a reservation. All reservations will be assigned a confirmation number. A reservation request will have the confirmation number on the contract that is faxed in return to the client for confirmation of the reservation. All non-corporate/retail reservation requires a ½ deposit that is secured by credit card or cash. Corporate reservations have various options depending on the status of the account. If Philadelphia Limousine amends the reservation policy with a client, the amended reservation policy will be provided in writing.

| Billing: |
The billing policies of Philadelphia Limousine Services are as follows unless a billing option is selected and specified by a written addendum.
The standard for non-corporate/retail clients or for any entity which does not have account established with Philadelphia Limousines, is that payment in full is due and payable by credit card or cash at the pick-up time of the scheduled service.

| Cancellation Policy: (Retail) |
The cancellation policy is and shall remain as follows unless a written and signed addendum to the policy is in possession of both Philadelphia Limousines and the contracting party or at the sole discretion of Philadelphia Limousines where as all parties contracting services from Philadelphia Limousines will receive written notification of charges to the cancellation policy.
All reservations require a deposit of one-half (1/2) of the total amount of any type of service, which is non-refundable in event of any cancellations. Additionally, if a customer cancels a reservation within seventy-two (72) hours of the date and the time of the scheduled service, said customer will be responsible for full payment of the scheduled service. Any substitution of vehicle size or of time previously reserved will not relieve said customer from the responsibility of paying the full amount of the originally scheduled service.
• All reservations that are canceled, corporate or non-corporate/retail must receive a cancellation number. Responsibility for payment in full of the originally scheduled service can not be relieved without a cancellation number. If there are any questions regarding the cancellation policy please call our office. • All no show Arrival and Departures will be charged in full.

| Corporate, Cancellation Policy: |
A considerably more lenient cancellation policy is in effect for all corporate accounts and is as follows unless a written addendum to this policy is in effect. Service scheduled Sunday through Friday:
- If a reservation is canceled greater than four (4 ) hours prior to the date and time of service no charge is incurred.
- If reservation is canceled within four (4) hours prior to the date and time of service the account will be responsible for payment of one-half (1/2) of the reservation amount.
- If the reservation is canceled after the chauffeur has left Philadelphia Limousine Services property or is dispatched and en route to provide service, the account will be responsible for payment of the full amount of the reservation.
Service scheduled on Saturday:
- If a reservation is canceled at any time within twenty-four (24) hours prior to service on Saturday the account will be responsible for payment of the full amount of the reservation.
- If a reservation is canceled greater than twenty-four (24) hours prior to time of the service on a Saturday, there will be no charges.
- All no show Arrival and Departures will be charged in full.

((FOR DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS))
Philadelphia Limousine closely monitors all arriving time with airline operator for Domestic and International flights to assure the client will be met at the Baggage claim and at the customs for International flights at their arrival. Our chauffeur will be holding up the company sign with client’s name on it. All other changes in flights arriving are the sole responsibility of the client.

| Domestic Arrivals |
On Domestic arriving flights, your chauffeur will be waiting up to 30
minutes for pick-up.
There will be a $10.00 fee for all domestic arrivals.
For Corporate accounts will not be a charge if arranged to be picked-up on
the curbside.

| International Arrivals |
On International arriving flights, your chauffeur will be waiting up to 90 minutes for pick-up. there will be a $ 15.00 wait fee for all International arriving flights.

| Extra Stops |
All extra stops other than the destination must be booked in advance with dispatch office. There is a fee of $25.00 for each extra stop in the same city within 5 Miles radius. (There is a 15 minutes limitation waiting time per extra stop).
Extra stops in different cities, or more than 5 miles radius from the path to destination, will be charged an additional $ 30.00 fee for each extra stop. (Again there is a 15 minutes limitation waiting time per extra stop). Stops exceeding 15 minutes waiting time, will be charged 1/2 hour of reservation hourly rate. Stops exceeding the 30 minutes waiting time will be charged a full one hour of reservation hourly rate.

| Departures' Waiting Time |
On all Departure our chauffeur will wait up to 10 minutes at no charge. Waiting exceeding 10 minutes, will be charged ½ hour of reservation hourly rate. Waiting exceeding the 30 minutes will be charged a full one hour of reservation hourly rate.

Early Bird
|
|
During late night and early morning hours there is an additional $20.00 fee between the hours of 12:00 AM - 5:00 AM and a $10.00 fee between the hours of 11:00 PM - 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM - 6:00 AM for all airport Arrival and epartures.

Airport Fees
|
|
There will be a $6.00 airport fee on all airport Arrivals and Departures.
|
| Gratuity |
|
On all reservations online we will add a 20% chauffeur gratuity.
|
| Gas Fee |
| Do to rising fuel cost we may or may not charge up to 10% of the airport pick-up rate and up to $45.00 for charters. (Often depend on the current gas prices and the distance of the ride) |

| Request for Quote (RFQ) |
You may request that Philadelphia Limousine provide you with free charter rental estimates and additional information by submitting a RFQ. Registration with Philadelphia Limousine is not required to utilize this service. To process your quote request, Philadelphia Limousine will require that you submit your contact information, including your name, e-mail address, phone number, postal code and country and a detailed description of your travel group and its Limo transportation requirements. You may also choose to provide optional travel information such as your street address, city, state or province, preferred contact method, etc. This additional information allows us to gain further insight into your charter needs and to reach you via mail in the event that we cannot reach you via phone or e-mail.

| Your Phone Number |
Philadelphia Limousine will respond to your RFQ by telephone, usually within 24 hours, which is why your phone number is required to complete the RFQ. If you choose not to disclose this information, our quote can be mailed or faxed to you. Please call us to set up this service.
